Its usefull for create funky lightbox layout.This plugin uses prototype js framework and Scriptaculous Effects Library.

This plugin allows you to easily display Flickr photos on your site. It supports user, set, favorite, group and community photostreams.
Feedburner Feed Replacement -
Forwards all feed traffic to Feedburner while creating a randomized feed for Feedburner to pull from. Available in these languages: English, Hungarian, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, French, Turkish, Hebrew

WordPress Related Posts Plugin will generate a related posts via WordPress tags, and add the related posts to feed.
WP-Cache -
It used for caching Worpress pages and storing them in a static file for serving future requests. 99% of your visitors will be served static html files. Those users who don’t see the static files will still benefit because they will see different cached files that aren’t quite as efficient but still better than uncached.
